LATE COMERS: In consideration to all other members, we regret that latecomers are not allowed to enter the workout studio once the class has started.

NOTE: All classes are 55 mins except 90 mins for Yoga and 30 mins for PMO circuit training. Proper attire and footwear must be observed. Instructor has the rights to refuse any participant from class if he or she is not in proper attire. All classes are conducted in English.
