BRANCH MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of outlet
  • Accountable for incremental sales revenue
  • Accountable for staff performances
  • Manage staff training and schedule all staff roster
  • Ensure proper display of required products in the Branch
  • Ensure members are kept informed of updated or future promotional activities at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related diploma

 

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Branch Manager and manage the day-to-day operation of outlet
  • Accountable for all staff performances and training ( e.g. ACE, CPR, etc)
  • Assist in ensuring proper attendance of all fitness instructors – applicable to Fitness Division
  • Accountable for incremental sales revenue
  • Manage staff training, schedule all staff roster & conduct weekly staff meeting
  • Ability to motivate all staff

Requirements:

  • Results and service oriented
  • Self-motivated and independent

  • Willing to work retail hours (5.5 working days per week)

 

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group fitness classes at fitness centres
  • Perform in roadshows and events
  • Participate in choreography

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in conducting group exercises
  • Require CPR Certification
  • Good physique

  • Able to teach any 2-3 types of the following:- LO, HI/LO, Aerobics- Aerobics Muscle Conditioning- Step- Hip Hop

PERSONAL TRAINER

More Than a Personal Trainer, I help people achieve their fitness goals – gaining more strength, building better muscle tone.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Fitness Assessment to develop safe and effective exercise training programmes in order to assist members in achieving fitness goals
  • Monitor members’ safety and effective use of training equipment
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets with team
  • Assist in all revenue-generating activities to include but not limited to complimentary workouts, road shows, seminars, workshops etc

Requirements:

  • Independent with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Degree in Fitness/ Exercise Science/ related field preferred OR Personal Training Certification from Singapore Sports Council / internationally recognized and accredited certifying organization (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA) OR 3 years of working experience as a fitness professional in the fitness industry
  • Valid Cardiac-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification

 

GYM FLOOR TRAINER (PART TIME / FULL TIME)

More Than a Gym Floor Trainer, I share the philosophy of total wellness and make a difference to people around me.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with fellow colleagues to achieve monthly personal training sales targets
  • Supervise members to ensure the safe and appropriate use of gym equipment
  • Conduct fitness assessments and make recommendation for successful personal training sales
  • Perform cleaning duty as arranged, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym at all times
  • Provide members with general exercise, health and fitness advice
  • Ensure members adhere to the gym rules and regulations
  • Work the gym floor periodically to look out for members who need assistance
  • Record and submit all claim documents on time for monthly payment purposes
  • Take on other duties and responsibilities as and when required

Requirements:

  • Good physique and reasonable level of physical fitness
  • Diploma in Fitness/ Exercise Science/ related field preferred OR Nitec / Higher Nitec in Fitness, Exercise Science / Basic Exercise Course Certification from Singapore Sports Council or related field
  • Valid Cardiac-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
  • Fitness Instructor Course Certification from Singapore Sports Council recommended but not required

 

SPA & BODY THERAPIST

Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate consultations and recommend correct treatments
  • Perform treatment services according to the required standards set by the Company
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction after each treatment therapy
  • Promote and make appropriate recommendations on beauty products to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the spa area particularly the spa facilities and treatment rooms

Requirements:

  • Possess Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant beauty certificates
  • Experiences in beauty / spa industry will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Work towards monthly sales target together with team members
  • Update members on promotional activities (packages and products)
  • Provide follow-up service to clients
  • Accountable for incremental sales revenue
  • Prepare weekly sales activities report and submit to Branch Managers
  • Maintain a pleasant, consistent and well groomed image and meet the service standards

  • Good interpersonal skills

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (PART TIME / FULL TIME)

More Than a Customer Service Executive I create a welcoming experience to customer who visits or calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-desk administrative duties and all enquiries
  • Handle, resolve and report all customers’ complaints to management
  • Provide support and assist in all customer-related matters, including customers’ transactions records
  • Monitor stock replenishment with proper transfer procedures
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments for potential customers

Requirements:

  • Service oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
  • 2 years’ experiences in Customer Service will be advantageous
